Ok better, but not good
Breakfast
chobani
gillian michael muffin homemade ( this is good )
carrots snack

lunch
pastrami 1/2 sand from carnagie deli
( no choice , cuz met me for lunch and he was buying and bought me , cause he thought he was doing me a favor )

dinner
homemade chicken fingers
kraft mac n cheese
water
tea
coffee

i do not have any excuses except im broke, so I may need to eat what is in my cupboard ( hence the mac n cheese )

  4. Can you find 20 minutes at night to use your treadmill or dance or light weights. Something aerobic. Something everyday really helps with food choices

  5. Ok....I just had my first laser treatment to get rid of the gut....I feel tighter? I hope its not just in my head?

    Oatmeal....almond butter....wrap...raisins...water....starbucks..grapes

    You need to eliminate dairy...it's making you toxic
