Today
Ok you ready , its not good
breakfast
2 eggs with low carb toast
coffee
lunch
1/2 cup egg drop soup
3 dumplings
brownie
dinner
chicken fingers ( i made them )
mac and cheese , the box kind kraft
tea
brownie
lots of cleaning for workout

    B...oatmeal, Ezekiel bread with almond butter.

    L. large fava bean salad, organic chips.

    D. Frozen grapes, apple, and a Vodka tonic.

    One Starbucks...lots of water.

    This Friday I start that laser treatment for fat removal, and I can't have any liquor for the next five weeks?

    Try and do better tomorrow....PLEASE!!!
